Actual cost depends on goods volume, distance, packing, floor, lift access and move date. GST is included. Insurance is extra at 3% of the value of the goods or vehicle. Any special handling charges will be confirmed in your written quote. Monthly storage rent excludes packing, inventory list, pickup and delivery. Each is extra, with charges itemised in your written quote.

Questions about warehouse & storage moves
What is the minimum storage period?
The minimum rental period is one month. If you remove your goods earlier, the full first month’s rent is payable, with no refund for unused days.
How is a partial additional month charged?
After the first month, a partial additional month is charged only for the extra days used. Daily rent is your agreed monthly storage rent divided by 30.
Will unused advance rent be refunded?
Yes. For storage after the first month, any unused advance rent is refunded after deducting rent for the days used. The first month’s rent remains non-refundable.
Can I access my goods during storage?
Yes, customers can visit the warehouse at any time to access their goods.
How do you keep the warehouse clean?
We clean the warehouse every day and take care to maintain its cleanliness.
